After the resort’s operating hours, the apartments provide an intimate atmosphere of the setting sun, moonlight, or starry sky. LOCATION
Just 30 km north of Poprad lies the charming mountain resort Bachledka Ski & Sun, offering accommodation right in the heart of the pristine nature of the Spišská Magura. On its ridge you’ll find 3 designer PANORAMA Bachledka apartments. They will delight you with a cozy feel and provide unique views of the surrounding forest and the peaks of the Belianske Tatras, after which they’re named: Havran, Vidla, and Vráta. The apartments are located in the heart of a family mountain resort — the ideal place to spend time with those you love. Access to the apartments is by gondola from Bachledova Valley or via a one-hour hike.
ACCOMMODATION
Sleep soundly in the mountain air and wake up to snowy scenery and Tatra panoramas right in front of you. Designer apartments, natural materials and modern design guarantee a pleasant stay on your holiday. The generous size and full equipment of the apartments provide the comfort you need. All apartments feature a large terrace with outdoor seating and a heated storage area for skis and boots. Kids will love the small play corner and the option to borrow games and toys. The property is baby-friendly — we’ll gladly lend all equipment and accessories for a comfortable stay with a baby. Breakfast in the form of a buffet is included. Dinner can be ordered from the restaurant and delivered to the apartment.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Takes place at the resort reception in Bachledova Valley. Reception contact: +421 910 977 388. Check-in is possible from 14:00 to 15:45, except in July–August when it’s possible from 14:00 to 17:00. Check-in is linked to the gondola ride from Bachledova Valley to the Spišská Magura ridge.
Check-out on the day of departure is by 10:30. Otherwise, another night will be charged.
ACCESS & RECEPTION
PANORAMA Bachledka Apartments are easily accessible. By car, reach Bachledova Valley by turning off the main road between Tatranská Kotlina and Ždiar, where free year-round parking is available for guests. From there, take the 10-seat Gondola Bachledka during opening hours. If you plan a late arrival, please inform reception during opening hours using the phone number above.
SMOKING
All indoor areas of the PANORAMA building — restaurant, apartments, conference room and other rooms — are strictly non-smoking. Please respect this rule. If you are a smoker, a lovely terrace with panoramic views is available.
CATERING
Breakfast is included. It is served 8:30–10:00 as a buffet or from a breakfast menu (when occupancy is low).
Guests may order dinner, prepared on a serving trolley and placed in front of the apartment at 16:00. Guests pick it up and dine in the apartment. Please note that for later dining you will reheat the food yourself in the apartment kitchen. If you wish to have dinner, please order before arrival or during your stay by 10:00 in the morning. When the apartments are fully occupied, it is possible to order served dinner directly in the restaurant. Dinners are à-la-carte and include soup, main course and dessert.
All apartments have a kitchenette for preparing your own meals.

PETS
Stays with pets are allowed only in accordance with the Rules for staying with a pet. If the rules are violated, staff may ask guests to leave the property and claim damages caused by the pet. Price for a dog: 30 EUR / stay.
PARKING
Parking for accommodated guests is located in Bachledova Valley at the gondola bottom station. Upon arrival, inform the parking staff that you are staying at PANORAMA apartments; they will direct you to the area reserved for guests. The car park is camera-monitored, unguarded and free of charge.

PAYMENT
The balance of your stay can be paid on arrival or departure in cash (EUR) or by card. A local tax of 1.50 EUR / person / day will be added.

Besides breakfast included in the accommodation, you can taste other delights offered by the designer mountain restaurant. At an altitude of 1,136 m a.s.l., with views of the Belianske Tatras, enjoy specialties from Ždiar and Zamagurie, fresh pasta with various sauces, cakes and desserts, aromatic coffee and local Kaltenecker beer. We cook from local ingredients, meat from domestic farms, and season with Tatra herbs. We take pride in our sheep cheese, traditional bryndzové halušky, herb marinade and homemade beef burger. The restaurant is baby-friendly with a kids’ corner and full family facilities.
